The Helen DeRoy Extended Study Center was set up in the year 1997 as a part of David Adamany Undergraduate Library. It is open to WSU students all night from Sunday through Thursday to provide access to computers and study areas. A OneCard is required for after-hours admission to the Extended Study Center as entrance is limited to the Wayne State University community. Also located in this library are the Adaptive Technology Workstations which provide assistive software for use by the visually and motor-impaired. Additional information on these workstations is available in the service guide "Library Services for WSU Affiliates with Disabilities."
