Paul Gallagher is the Director of Library Operations and User Services for the Wayne State University Libraries and Adjunct Faculty in the School of Library and Information Science. Paul is an experienced I.T. professional with over ten years of experience in the private sector including technology education, application development, and systems administration. He joined the WSU Libraries in 2008, and has served in a range of roles including Developer Librarian and Associate Director for Discovery Services. As a key member of the Dean's Senior Management Team, he provides broad leadership with all library service groups to advance fulfillment of library system strategic directions, and to promote the libraries' role as a valued campus partner in teaching, learning, and research.
