An on-site helpdesk is located inside the Extended Study Center on the 1st floor of the Undergraduate Library. Assistance for common computing problems is available during open hours. If someone is not currently at the desk, they are likely assisting someone else. Look for persons wearing helpdesk badges.
The helpdesk can help with issues such as:
- Formatting MS Word documents
- Printing
- Saving files to a flash drive, burning to CD, etc.
- Reporting computer problems
- Obtaining a CAT's ID
- And others...
Questions regarding AccessID, Pipeline, WSU email, and many more can be answered by the C&IT Helpdesk.
