NOTE:Steven K. Bowers is the Executive Director of the Detroit Area Library Network (DALNET).  The DALNET consortium has been hosted by Wayne State University since 1985.  As director of DALNET, Bowers is responsible for strategic planning and project management for the consortium.  He is also an adjunct professor for the WSU School of Library and Information Science, teaching a course on Integrated Library Systems.
