New
Version of CampusMobility Encounters Application
Students
in Class of 2006 and Class of 2007, who are using a version of CampusMobility
Encounters installed before June 2005, must download the new version and
do so by Friday, Oct. 7.
If you have
synched cases between July 1 and today using the old version, your cases
will not show up in the Clerkship Director's report and you'll receive
a communication stating such. In most instances, your cases can be retrieved
from the CampusMobility server, and a separate report can be sent to your
Clerkship director, but only until the end of the week.
All users
are encouraged to upgrade to the latest release,
that contains several new features and bug fixes. You may follow the directions
below to download and begin using the new application yourself, or contact
a support person listed below for phone or onsite help.
Please remember
the Œold version (installed before June 2005) will no longer work
beginning Oct. 8, and that you may see those cases in the "Old Logbook"
(see the directions below) found on the CampusMobility site on the PDA.

board entries where you may find student to student advice in addition
to the school's support network already in place. It is in your best interest
to check this site frequently and do not hesitate to contact the appropriate
support areas with meaningful suggestions.
